Yes, your trip with Zofeur is insured. We prioritize your safety and provide insurance coverage for each trip.

Our insurance policy provides coverage for damage to your own vehicle up to a limit of AED 200,000. In case of an incident, you are required to notify Zofeur within a 24-hour window.

Our services rates depend on the type of service that you choose. You can download our app and view the estimated fare before booking by entering the pick-up and drop-off location. Our prices are affordable, flexible and transparent.

With Zofeur, you’re in control of every minute. Unlike traditional driver services, you only pay for how long you need the driver.

Yes, you can. Although, scheduling only means that system will try to find a driver for you 60 mins prior to your requested time. Once a driver is allotted by system to you, driver will call and give you the ETA but in extremely busy times, if no driver is available within 30 mins it will be automatically cancelled.

Once the driver has been assigned, your driver’s contact details will be shown in the app, and you will also be able to track your driver’s journey to the pickup point and until the destination.

You can track your driver by opening the Zofeur app to your current booking.

Drivers will wait for at least 10 mins and after that they can cancel your trip. On cancellation of trip, you will be charged a cancellation fee.

If asked to wait, there is a waiting charge applicable after 10 minutes of driver’s arrival.

You can cancel the booking from the app, by clicking the “Cancel” icon on your current booking screen.

Please note if you cancel booking after 5 mins of request being accepted by one of our drivers, a cancellation fee will be charged.

If you’d like to modify a booking, you can simply cancel the current one, and then create a new booking with the updated details.

This is highly unlikely, however if it happens, please contact the assigned driver or contact us immediately if the driver doesn’t arrive within 30 minutes from the time of acceptance of your trip.

Your safety is our utmost priority. The drivers go through a rigorous screening process before being hired, such as clearance certificate, in house training by Zofeur, professionalism, knowledge and years of driving experience in UAE.

All our chauffeurs are safe drivers that abide strictly by the traffic laws in the UAE. They have experience in driving all variety of cars, ensuring your car is in safe hands with our Drivers.

Rest assured, you can keep tracking your driver by opening the Zofeur app to your current booking. At the end of each trip, we ask customers to rate the driver, which allows us to identify what areas some drivers could improve in, and which drivers are doing an awesome job!

Yes. Our drivers may drive you anywhere and stop at any location of your choice. You will only be charged based on the time.

You are only allowed to make use of our Services in relation to a car of which you are either the owner of or of which the owner has consented that you use the Services in relation to it.

You may only use the services, if your car is insured with VALID MOTOR VEHICLE INSURANCE that allows anyone with a valid UAE driver’s license to drive the vehicle.

You may only use our Services in relation to Your Car:

• if Your Car is in compliance with the laws and the regulations.
• if Your Car is has been regularly maintained and serviced according to the manufacturer’s recommendations, has all the required safety equipment.
• all the car’s equipment is in good working order, including tires, brakes, headlights, other lights, steering, and seat belts.
• You will not, in your use of the Services, cause nuisance, annoyance, inconvenience, or property damage, whether to the Third-Party Drivers or any other party.

All our chauffeurs are safe drivers that abide strictly by the traffic laws in the UAE. They have experience in driving all variety of cars, ensuring your car is in safe hands with our Drivers.

Unfortunately, if the driver gets a traffic fine while driving your car (due to driver’s mistake), Zofeur takes full responsibility to refund 100% of fine amount.

However, should an accident occur where the driver providing Driver Services is established to be at fault (as documented in the police report), coverage for Your own Car damage is provided up to a maximum of AED 200,000 per vehicle.

**When an accident happens, the User should immediately contact Zofeur to notify. Zofeur will not take any complaints if the accident is reported 24 hours after the accident time.

We accept cash and online payments using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards.

To make life easy, simply register a credit card with our Zofeur app for payment. To pay with the saved card, select card as mode of payment before your booking and once your booking is completed, app will automatically charge your card.

Yes. Once the payment has been completed, a receipt will be generated which can be viewed on your app under past trips.
